Macaroons
The crisp yet soft macaroon, an advanced but not so complicated pastry! Learn all about Italian Meringue and its many uses, the magic of Chocolate Ganache and of course one of the best uses for Italian Meringue, the Macaroon Shell. This workshop includes farm snacks and plenty of macaroons to take home to your family for the holiday season.
Christmas Root Cake & Stollen
Learn creative new ways of Christmas cakes. This workshop entails candying vegetables and fruit, yeast and sourdough vs baking powder methods and the creating of wonderfully fragrant Christmas cakes to take home to you family.
Burnout Workshop
Feeling a constant overwhelm, moodiness, irritability, chronic fatigue and general inability to self regulate your energy and emotions? You are most likely experiencing burnout. This workshop teaches tools on how to connect with your inner calm space via somatic movement meditation, followed by a mindful meal exploring intuitive nutrition on how to better function in your day to day life.

Learn how to laminate croissant and puff pastry dough by hand using a rolling pin and a bench.

Mind cannot controll mind. The body however knows how flip the switch from one nervous system state to another, using your senses. If you’d like to join us for the remaining six weeks of somatic meditation, we will be hosting this workshop for free (or by donation) at 7pm Mondays via zoom.

Mind cannot control mind, finding a calm space within is not accessible via thought. The body however knows how to flip the switch from one nervous system state to another, using your senses. If you’d like to join us for 8 weeks of somatic meditation, we will be hosting on Mondays starting October 28th at 7pm, via zoom or in person on the farm. This workshop is free or by donation.

The mind can not control mind. We can not think our way into a calm space, however we can sense our way to it. The reason for this is we have direct access to our nervous system via our motor pathways aka sensing into our body. This brings us to the present moment and flips the switch to your parasympathetic nervous system. Join us for 8 weeks of somatic meditation, this workshop is free or by donation, you can come and join us on the farm in person or join in via zoom.
Work Party
Better Together! The end of season can use a many hands to finish up the last of harvest, pack away irrigation supplies and get the farm ready for winter. If you’d like to enjoy a couple hours of fresh air and physical movement and join us for dinner in exchange for your efforts join us next Thursday. Learn how to make artisan bread using a wild yeast sourdough culture. We will mix, shape and bake bread together in this class.
Sound & Movement
Learn the basic workings of somatic movement meditation, how to flip the switch to your parasympathetic nervous system and find a Calm space within. This guided meditation is followed by a crystal bowl sound bath and farm to table meal. We look forward to have you join us for a relaxing and nurturing evening.

Calm Workshop
A dive into the basic understanding of your Nervous System. Join us for a Somatic Movement Meditation and learn tools to bring yourself to a calm state via sensory motor mapping and novel movement. Followed by breaking bread and sharing a mindful meal.

To better live in harmony with ourselves and our planet we have to change the way we consume. Food being an important part of how we impact the planet, this workshop is about the 80/20 principle. Not eliminating eating animal products but making an effort to reduce them to 20% of our diet whilst focusing on 80% plant based ingredients. Join us for a guided meditation collaboration of Katelyn Bissat and Sound Facilitator extraordinaire Rob Gretsinger. Relax and let yourself be guided into the “calm” space, take home some tools on how to ground yourself in busy or stressful times and and enjoy a locally inspired seasonal snack prepared by the Farm at the end of the session.
Sourdough Pasta Class
Get noodling with us. Fresh Pasta, and Sourdough fermented Pasta has to be one of the most delicious and fun things to make together. We will walk you through the basic shapes of fettuccini, ravioli and tortellini. Enjoy a few bites with a locally inspired sauce the day of and take the rest of your creations home to share with your friends and families.

Sourdough Level 2
Going further down the sourdough rabbit hole. This class is an in depth workshop covering water temperature calculation, whole grain flours and mixing technology. If you’ve taken the level 1 workshop and would like to expand your knowledge join us for this class.

Japanese Cooking Class
Learn the simple art of Japanese food by Chef Furano Orimo. In this workshop you’ll learn basic tips and trick on how to make Udon Noodles, Chilled Summer Broth, Miso Vegetables and Quick Pickles. A perfect summer meal to beat the heat plus some tools on how to apply simple Japanese seasoning ratios in your kitchen at home.

Meditation & Intentional Eating
In a time of high anxiety, general feelings of ungroundedness, and lack of intuitive self care; this collaborative workshop hosted by Rev.
