Somatic meditation

The mind can not control mind. We can not think our way into a calm space, however we can sense our way to it. The reason for this is we have direct access to our nervous system via our motor pathways aka sensing into our body. This brings us to the present moment and flips the switch to your parasympathetic nervous system. Join us for 8 weeks of somatic meditation, this workshop is free or by donation, you can come and join us on the farm in person or join in via zoom.
